We currently only provide thermal reports for homes located in the Birmingham, London and Plymouth.

Our thermal reports are sold at £40 each.
It includes the thermal image, the analysis by a certified thermographer, and recommendations for retrofit.

You will receive a digital PDF report by email within 5 business days of your purchase (but usually faster if available).
The report provides:
A thermal image
A personalised analysis by a certified thermographer
Recommendations for insulation improvements, air sealing, and other upgrades to reduce heat loss
A general grading from 0 to 5 to assess the overall insulation quality
Thanks to our thermal analysis we analyse the façade, the windows, the door and the roof which are all the key elements to analyse to identify heat loss.

It takes from same day to 5 working days for us to provide you our report if you are in the area we are currently covering.
